The entertainment guide Time out It temporarily changed the logo that appears on its regional websites including New York and London due to the recommendations that have been made not to go out or attend massive events to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
The Time Out website normally gives you recommendations for you to go out and get to know the city, but this time they decided to give recommendations to stay home and enjoy, as much as possible, your time there.
The editor of Time Out New York, Will Gleason, reported in a statement that it was decided to make the temporary change of its logo in order to portray the reality that exists in this city, in which theaters, restaurants, cinemas, bars and clubs are closed to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
“We have temporarily changed our logo to recognize this new reality, but rest assured: Time Out New York It will continue to help you discover the best of the city, whether it’s Time Out or Time In. ”

For his part, in Time Out London his editor Joseph Mackertich shared a similar message in which he mentions: “A little bit of London is coming to your living room”, He says. “Hopefully it has been sterilized.”
Both publishers acknowledge the difficulties small independent businesses are facing at the moment, so they endorse their support for small entrepreneurs and pledge to support them through their websites. “We will continue to defend independent business throughout the capital, which makes London the brilliant city it is.”.
